To celebrate the Sydney Morning Herald Good Food Month, the Sydney Markets at Flemington will be hosting a pop-up breakfast where three of Australia’s top celebrity chef will be serving diners a gastronomic menu.
On Friday October 18, Jared Ingersoll, Matt Kemp and Justin North will colaborate their culinary expertise and using produce from the Sydney Markets to create a sumptuous three-course breakfast on a long communal table.
The menu includes: Japanese inspired broth with crab meat and mushrooms by Justin North, greens, eggs and ham by Jared Ingersoll and pain perdu with sheep’s milk yoghurt, honeycomb and fresh berries by Matt Kemp.
The boys will also be offering vegetarian and gluten free options.
