Can Strathfield increase it's population and preserve it's character?

Pushed by NSW Planning, Strathfield Council’s Local Environment Plan needs to include 8300 new dwellings by 2031. (see our article: The planners’ dilemma: where to house our growing population?)  

But can we do this and keep our heritage? Tell us what you think.
